Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Moving a court csae from AZ to FL
I have been charged with Taking the identity of another person. No court date has been set but they have sent a letter that I need to come in within 30 days to get photgraphed and fingerprinted. I have no way to get back to AZ. I now live in FL, how can I get the case moved to FL? If I can't, what should I do?

If you do not surrender, a warrant may be issued. You will need an Arizona lawyer.
