Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I am named a victim in a domestic violence case my boyfriend did not harm me or strike me in anyway but the police report says otherwise and they did not witness anything what will happen

In Arizona and many other states, the alleged victim does not need to agree with a prosecution for it to go forward. Often, when an alleged victim changes her/his story, the prosecutor will use the statement in the police report to "impeach" the alleged victim at trial. So, the short of it is that your boyfriend could still be charged.
