what does Notice of Supervening Indictment mean..

It means that you have been indictment by a grand jury. The notice is simply what is sent to the defendant to alert them of the indictment and the document typically gives the arraignment date and time.
Most often, more serious cases are handled by the the grand jury. This is the type of case that I handle. If you are looking to hire private counsel, I'd be glad to speak with you.
