Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Offender's spouses' rights

My husband ( registered SO)has been on probation for 15 years out of a lifetime probation. He has had and is going to counseling, has gone for various testing as requested and visits PO as required. He was on a bi-monthly schedule. He now has to go weekly because he told the truth, he does see the grandkids. He has been told it is ok to visit with our grankids as long as I am present. I have chaperone status. Now they say no visits! I take care of one grandson during the day and the other grandkids would like to visit with us. It almost seems as if they want to break up the family unit. It would make no sense to have an offender living by himself instead of living with a spouse who can monitor his every move (almost). I left my husband and moved out of town once before because of their constant harassing. I don't want to do that again. I want to continue having the kids over. Kids can benefit from interaction with older people. Some of our grandkids have no father figure. My husband is all they have and he can't be near them. I am tired of this lifetime probation thing. The victim has rights, the offender has rights, but does a spouse have rights? Is there anything legal that can be done. Thank you for your prompt reply.

Re: Offender's spouses' rights

I have dealt with many individuals on lifetime probation and am able to assist you in filing a petition to termination probation. This involves alot of work and depends on the PO and treatment progress. Please contact me if you wish to set up a meeting.
