Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Order to Secure Prisoner
I get a new trial. My conviction and sentence have been reversed in the appeals court. I was serving time in prison until the judge sent an order to secure prisoner for hearing. I am in county jail now. At the hearing The judge set bond at $10,000. the only charge i have is the charge of ''order to secure prisoner'', and it has a hold from DOC. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Once the DOC hold lifts...does that mean i have no charges?

No, the charges will still be there. The court will execute new release conditions - probably something similar to what existed prior to the first trial. Please contact me directly for additional assistance.
