Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Can a person wear a police hat in public (or FBI hat, or DEA hat, Border Patrol, etc.) I see a lot of people wearings these baseball type hats.

Sure, as long as they aren't trying to make people believe they are actually members of those law enforcement agencies. Most of them surely are not trying to create such a false impression, just as most people who wear, say, a New York Yankees cap are not trying to make people believe they are professional baseball players.
