Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I picked my 16 year old son up from the airport last night and he was drunk, the flight attendant served him 4 beverages and I have 2 of the empties that he put into his backpack because they were landing, what are my rights?

You can report the conduct to the police or the attendant's supervisor. If you'd like to sue civilly, you need to post in a civil law forum. Good luck.
