i plead guilty to a felony and it has been reduced to a misdemeanor how do you answer question have you ever been convicted of a felony?

Very good question. (I am assuming you plead guilty to a class 6 undesignated felony, which was later reduced by the Court to a misdemeanor). I am not aware of any law or case that answers the question with certainty. However, my conclusion, and thus suggestion to you, is that you should acknowledge that you were convicted of a felony but that it has since been reduced to a misdemeanor. There are appellate cases which require that answer after a prior conviction has been expunged or set aside. Although those cases don't directly address your situation, the issue is similar enough for me to suggest you do the same.
