Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
police booking
If I were to be arrested and during the police booking I refuse to answer any questions as to my identity what would happen to me? If I am not carrying any form of identification and I have no prior arrests, how would they determine who I am and what would they do with me?

Re: police booking
You are required by law to identify yourself. Concealing identity is a separate crime. You are NOT, however, required to say anything more or give a statement or speak with anyone further. Name, address. That's all that is required.
