Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

. Police came to my place of residence and placed me underarrest, because of a probation violation warrent I had. I honestly informed them of the two firearms, that belonged to my roomate, were in the house. I am a convicted felon, being charged with two class four felonies- misconduct by a prohibited posssessor involving weapons. my question is-

Can I be convicted of this crime, if the guns in question were non-opperational and my roomate's claims ownership.

Well, you could be convicted, but with a good, solid, and aggressive defense, you could be acquitted. Because you have a prior and were on probation, the stakes are considerably higher.
