Possession of dangerous drugs
Can you tell what the sentence may be in the state of Arizona? My son was arrested in august of 2006. I have no prior drug charges.

It depends on the drug, the quantity, and any prior convictions (non-drug included). It also depends on what agency is prosecuting the case. Email me back directly and I'll try to give you a more specific answer.
