Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

possession of a dangerous drug/use

Can I beat this - I was stopped in my girlfriend's vehicle. She had no insurance, current registration or plates that were good. I gave consent to search the vehicle. A seal was found with less than a .25 of meth in the passenger door. I replied that it wasn't mine. The officer proceeded to ask my daughter if it was hers and I took responsibility for it - I still told the officers it wasn't mine after they asked why I was saying it was mine after saying it wasn't. I told them that I would be a lesser father if I didn't and told the officer that was asking my daughter that he was wrong for doing that. I know who it belonged to - a classmate I gave a ride to earlier that day admitted to leaving it there later that evening. I wasn't arrested or charged with possession but was arrested or it in May of this year. I was cited for all the vehicle required articles but beat the displaying fraugulent plates ticket in court. Can I beat this charge?
