Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Preliminay Hearing Waiver
I was advised by my lawyer to sign the waiver for Preliminay Hearing. Today I am in a situation where I feel I was given the wrong advise. Is there a way to cancell this and request a preliminary Hearing?

Re: Preliminay Hearing Waiver
The issue with a waiver of a preliminary hearing is was the waiver voluntary. If you were not told the disadvantages of waiving your preliminary hearing you may be able to retract your waiver.
