Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Presentence Incarceration Credit:
With 3 counts being sentenced, being run consecutively to the next, shouldnt all counts be credited with presentence incarceration credit? How does that work, please.

No. With consecutive sentences, you only get credit on one case.
