prohibited posession
Im being charged with posession of a concealed weapon that isn't mine. what are my rights if i take the case to trial.

There is no requirement in the law that the weapon be yours, only that you concealed it without a permit. If the discovery of the weapon was otherwise legal by law enforcement, your rights at trial are probably to be convicted. You need the advice of an experienced criminal defense lawyer in your town. Contact the AZ Bar Association if you don't know of anyone.
