prop 200 no jail time case, yet i have warrent

i was put on probation 1 year time did 7 months ok , then lost contact due to moving and no means to . my case was a prop 200 no jail time case. the outcome on my completetion to be the felony redused to a misdaminer. now after being fined and probation. then viloated. they put warrent out , jail time isnt that? thats not what was perscribed at the plea and sentensing., the probation officer was switched at the worse time so i don't even know him. when i contacted him, he said just turn myself in , my final charge was paraphinillia charge .how do i get warrent quashed and get this case finished.?

1) Move to quash warrant 2) surrender in court 3) get reinstated on probation.
