Re: prop 200 third time probation violations

Absent some exceptions proposition 200 only

applies to first and second time drug possession

type offenses. You will likely be violated

in the probation case and have to deal

with the new charges. If you are guilty of

the class 3 felony, without a lot of work, you

may have a difficult time avoiding prison.

On the proposition 200 second strike, if found guilty

you receive up to one year in jail.
