prop 200 third time probation violations
i am a prop 200 case. i have violated probation twice and was reinstated both times . now i have two new charges ,one class 3 felony and a class 6 . whats going to happen to me?

Re: prop 200 third time probation violations
Absent some exceptions proposition 200 only
applies to first and second time drug possession
type offenses. You will likely be violated
in the probation case and have to deal
with the new charges. If you are guilty of
the class 3 felony, without a lot of work, you
may have a difficult time avoiding prison.
On the proposition 200 second strike, if found guilty
you receive up to one year in jail.
