Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
a prosecutor wants me to testify against my mom for a murder against my dad.
i've been subpoenaed as a witness to testify against my mom for killing my dad, what are my rights. i don't want to say anything else that will incriminate her.

If you fail to testify you may be held in civil contempt.
Civil contempt typically carries up to one year in jail. If you
are indigent counsel undersigned suggests that you contact the
prosecutor and your mother's attorney and tell them that you want
