prostitution
I was on my way home from work and saw this girl on the side of the road. So I stopped without the intent to have sex. I asked if she was ok or if she was a working girl. She replied she was a working girl. So in a joking manor I asked her how much for a little action. She replied the price and I reapeated the price. I said it was temting but some other time. I started to drive off and there was cops everywhere. I recieved a ticket for prostitution, this is my first offence, am I going to jail? Just how deep of crapola am I in? Please help Thank KMR

A lot depends on the jurisdiction. Some required 14 days mandatory jail time. Nonetheless, based on the facts presented, you may be successful in winning the case at trial.
