PRP - Probation Violation
Apparently I have a warrant for a Probation violation. - Not reporting. Is it possible to clear this up without going to jail? This is my first violation.

Could be. I've helped clients do it before. It takes some involvement and work, though. If you want to hire counsel, please call me at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.

It depends upon the case, but yes it's possible. If you failed to appear at the original hearing, you can have it reset and then try and clear up the violation.
