what is the proceedure to fire your public defender? My PD has not been to see me and i have been in jail since oct.20 2005 he failed to show up at to court dates my wife calls him to tell him i need to talk to him but he never shows she has asked for police records but he has never sent them i want to fire him but dont know the proceedures
