If you are asking in reference to question 20 on the RN application by examination, the answer depends as to whether TASC was a deferred prosecution option. Possession of marijuana is a felony. If you were given the option to complete TASC as a deferred prosecution then you need to disclose it to the board of nursing. Even though your completion of the program means that you were not prosecuted you still need to disclose it, because they require that you disclose any deferred prosecutions for felonies.
