Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
if i am pulled over by police and two out of four people in the car are arrested for felony warrants, is it then legal for them to search the vehicle?

After police arrest someone that had just been in a car they can search the car incident to arrest. Whether the search was valid or not even then depends on many factors. But "generally" yes.
Search and seizure law requires the expertise of a trained criminal defense attorney. There are many nuances to this area of law and if you believe the police violated your constitutional rights, it's best to find an attorney who can review the specific facts in your case. However, generally, the police can search your vehicle pursuant to an inventory search without a warrant. Hope this helps. Best of luck to you!
