Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Question about sexual laws
After hearing about the Genarlow Wilson case a few questions come to mind but none more prominatly then this. Lets say a group of teenagers are squirting each other with water guns, hoses baloons what ever. A boy sprays a girl in an area of a sexual nature ie breats with a water gun or a hose. Teenagers do this often with out thinking. Could he be tried for a felony over this ? For further emphasis lets say hes never had any prior problems with the law. He had no idea what he did was illegal. What is your opinion.
Thanks.
