Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Questioning

I have to go in for questioning for a crime i was not invovled in at all. If i don't like the questions they ask me and request a lawyer would it be a public defender or one that i would need to provide?

You have no obligation to "go in for questioning" unless under Court order or Subpoena. You may claim your 5th Amendment right to remain silent. You may not have been involved, but that does not guarantee you won't be charged. Politely decline this interview unless under Subpoena or other official Court Order requiring you to appear. Under any circumstances, don't talk to law enforcement until you have consulted with a reputable criminal lawyer.
