Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
i just recemtly got off unsupervised probation and now have an assault on my record and its been holding me back from getting any kind of job and an apartment for me and my daughter. i am attending medical school and need to get this taken off somehow in order to have any kind of future for me and my daughter. i need to know what to do or say in order to convince a judge to do something about it but dont even know where to start. this charge happened 2 years ago when i was young an stupid and need help

You can petition the court that sentenced you for a removal of the conviction from your record. I have no idea what your chances are but it's worth a try. Good luck!
