Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

how to remedy a spousal assault, criminal trespass

My husband is in Az.on probation for aggravated assault and criminal trespass which was against myself. He is a changed man and we both want our lives back. I am pregnant and expecting any day. He is stuck in Az because of a intrastate compact ruling that was made without contacting myself on the matter. We would like help in resolving this matter. There is two parole officers involved, one in Az, one in Montana, the one in Montana is the one who made the ruling against my husband without contacting me. We need help in how to proceed in having the ruling reversed and my husband coming home. I am not working and he isn't able to find work in Flagstaff, where he is located at this time. He is in Flagstaff because that is where the crime was committed. He had returned to Az. because of the insistence of the parole officer in Az. The paper work is complete with the intrastate compact. We were told there would be no problems as long as we did our part,we feel as though we were lied too,now matters are worse with me soon delivering our baby. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you, --name removed---name removed-- wife of a great man.

There are two ways to handle this. One is to petition the court to enforce the interstate compact. The second is to try and terminate his probation early. If you are looking for representation, please call me at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven, to discuss more details and fees.
