Restoration of civil rights
Is it possible for my civil rights to be restored with two 18yr old felony convictions?

I sugggest you check the appropriate statutes on the internet to see whether you qualify for restoration of civil rights and/or setting aside your convictions. The statutes in question are contained in Chapter 9 of Title 13 of the Arizona Revised Statutes; you can access Title 13 on the internet at the following URL: http://www.azleg.state.az.us/ars/13/title13.htm
Bottom line, unless you fall in one of the classes specifically excluded, it would appear you may be able to get your civil rights restored.
