Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Return of Siezed Property

I was arrested when a search warrant was issued regarding Fraudulent Schemes investigation. I have recently signed a contract on a 30,000 dollar vehical. I put 7500.00 down cash, and traded my truck for 2000.00. Having put 9500.00 down, and still obviously owe 23,000. The vehical was siezed three weeks after I got it. Will I be able to get it back and How? It has been well over a month and Ive been indicted and assigned a public Defender. The public defenders office said that my case was being withdrawn and to call back in two weeks. where can I go for some legal help. I have been wiped out of my means of making legitament money as they took 3 computers, IDs, all money and Credit Cards, got evicted, and there is property they siezed that isnt mine that I need help getting back.

Please Help as I am desperately in need of some assistance and am being strung out in every sence of the word.

Re: Return of Siezed Property

Typically fraud investigations are not filed for some time. I have substantial experience in defending white collar matters. Also, you should know that the public defender's office will not help you with forfeiture issues. There are several avenues that can be pursued to get your property back while the criminal matters are pending. If you are looking to retain private counsel, please call me at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.
