Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Rights to Discovery
My son was transfered into adult court age 17.Has severe learning disabilities,and on the morning of his hearing, in chambers was pressured by 2 judges,da,pd to take a plea.His PD refused to show or even tell any of the evidence against him,there were 3 seperate requests during his court procedures to see the evidence.Only the charges against him were expressed.This happened 5 years ago. Can legal action be taken against the legal system in the Rights to Discovery Law?

If this occurred 5 years ago, you are a limited to a petition for post conviction relief. The grounds are somewhat limited, though.
