Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Rules of Evidence
Is there a specific statue that give Police Officer the right to seize evidence, to be used in a criminal prosecution. Or does the 4th Amendment cover this if evidence seized was done without Probalble Cause or unreasonable.
