Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Search warrant
About 6 months ago the police served a search warrant on my house and seized every computer in it. Since then we haved heard absolutly nothing from them and I was wondering how long from the time the warrant was served do they have to bring charges against me? Also will we ever get our computers back?

Re: Search warrant
It really depends on the content of the warrant and what they were looking for. I probably defend more computer crime cases than anyone in Arizona. You really should have legal counsel as if the charges are what I think they are (and I could be wrong), the situation is serious. Feel free to give me a call to further discuss the matter. I can be reached at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.
