Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Well, I believe I fit the description, though I am in Phoenix. I am in my 14th year of practice and handle a signficant amount of appellate criminal defense. For what it's worth, it may actually be better to have someone outside of Prescott for a PCR, as often times the issue of ineffective assistance of counsel needs to be raised. Prescott is a fairly small jurisdiction so it might be better to have someone from out of town. I do practice there a fair amount, though, so I am familiar with the players.
