What are the reqs to be able to seize a home if raided for drugs?

It's not so simple. Police need probable cause to get a search warrant and a judge must approve the warrant. The issues are always fact dependent on a case by case basis. If you are looking to hire counsel, please call me at (six zero two) two two two nine two three seven.
