Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I didn't get served to attend my husband criminal trial. I came home and saw a letter stuck in my door. What should I do because I haven't been officially served. I'm scared to open the letter. His trial starts today. Please help

You need to open it if it's from the Court. And you have to show up if you are subpoenaed to attend or risk contempt of court - could involve fees and even jail time.
