Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Serving time from two states concurently
my boyfriend, hs been picked up in Arizona for charges of auto theft/conversion to means of transportation. he also has a warrant out of kansas,for charges he has been fleeing from for 5 years. what is the possibility of him serving the time for charges from both states concurently?

This is possible. However, his attorneys in both Kansas and Arizona need to coordinate efforts, and it can be a bit tricky. Also, the status of the Kansas case will impact this. Please contact me directly for further follow up.
