Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Sexual assault and kidnapping

My son has been accused of 2cts of sexual assault and kidnapping. He has been in jail for 2 weeks. Two court dates have been cancelled and the last one was vacated. No public defender has been assigned. There is no DNA to link him even though he volunteered a DNA sample to try to clear himself. No rape kits were done. The car he was supposed to be driving they said was silver, but our car is green. Bail set 50,000cash. Any advice? Also can you tell me what the process is and what I might expect. He has no history of violence. Oh it was supposed to be at gunpoint and he is anti-gun and always has been.

Re: Sexual assault and kidnapping

This sounds like a very defensible case. I have handled a lot of similar cases and have gotten excellent results. I take a very aggressive approach and work with an escellent private investigator. From the procedural end of things, it sounds his preliminary hearing and status conference were vacated as he was indicted by the grand jury. He should have an arraignment fairly soon. If you are looking to hire private counsel, give me a call at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.
