Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

sexual conduct with a minor

I need to find out where my husband stands. He has been charged with a total of 6 counts child molestation, 3 counts sexual abuse over 15 years old, and 2 counts sexual conduct with a minor. The only confession they got was a taped conversation between him and I, and I was told to lie when he asked if it they were telling me what to ask. He has said nothing since being arrested and read his rights. He was sexually abused in his past and has no priors. Will there be any type of plea bargin offered, or is it manditory life w/ out parole. He has not been to a prelim hearing yet. Please help!

This is a serious situation. Most of my practice is the defense of those charged with sex crimes. Evey case is unique as the evidence varies so much. Please give me a call if you are looking to hire counsel to defend him. Often times, the essential aspects of a defense can be learned very early on through aggressive investigation. Your husband will surely be offered some sort of plea bargain, however with these charges, it will certainly involve many years in prison, followed by lifetime registration as a sex offender. Your husband NEEDS an aggressive legal defense by a law firm which specializes in sexually based offenses. Please look at our web site at Criminaldefenseassociates.com. WE CAN HELP !

Probably 15 - 22. Were there 1 or move victims? The type of deal he gets will depend on the admissibility of his confession and if there is scientific evidence DNA. If the confession is precluded he would likely get a much better deal.
