Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

My son has an excessive bail and the pretrial services suggested he be released on or to his father and I on a 3rd party release. The judge denied this. I want a new bail reduction hearing with another judge but the legal defender said I can't changes judges. If I hire an attorned can we get a new hearing? The charges seen to be a probation sentence but DA wants 3 to 5 and we are coming close to the cutoff. I don't know what to do. I can't post bond for 150000 it is ridculous. He has never missed court date, self surrendered and did all of it right. He stole cameras from a store and sold them to a pawn shop he was on the streets and I am really not understanding why it couldnt be lowered and why pretrial report meant absolutely nothing!

Respectfully

Hurting Mom.

It sounds like your son was charged with trafficking in stolen property. If so, that's a very high bond. Some new information needs to be presented to get a new hearing. I have done this for other clients in the past. The thing is that you cannot hire an attorney just to do the hearing; you need to hire them on for the whole case. If you looking to hire a private attorney for your son, please give me a call.
