Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
my son is incarcerated in Minnesota. He has an active sealed warrant in Pinal County, Arizona. How do i obtain paperwork to send to my son to file a rule 8 motion for pinal county, arizona?

In order to do this, a Motion to Unseal the Indictment will be necessary. You will need to hire counsel to do this inasmuch as one is not entitled to counsel until the initial apperance. Once the warrant is unsealed, a demand for extradition can be filed. Until this happens, Rule 8 issues are not affected.
