Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
if a staff at a hospital cause a patient to go into a ptsd rape flashback and gets injured while the patient is in the flashback can the hospital staff push assault charges?

Depends on the overall circumstances, more than what you have revealed here. My answer, given what little I know, is that yes, they can file criminal charges, but that would be weak; I'd luv to be there for that. If on the other hand you're talking about civil personal injury charges, that is a different story; more likely they sue you for any damages incurred from the incident, but the criminal charge scenario sounds weak.
