Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
i want to know whether or not i can go out of state. i am being charged but not yet convicted with aggravated assault and hit and run.

You should consult your attorney concerning your question. Assuming you are already charged with a criminal offense, you will have conditions of release. Your attorney will look at those conditions to determine if travel outside the state is restricted. In most counties such a restriction is standard. In such case your attorney will need to request the court to permit you to travel.
