Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
statue of limitations
I was just charged with my 5th driving under suspension. I went to court and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and fines and my license were suspended for 1 year.I paid all the fines issued, but If I don't report for jail, will the bench warrant ever go away? Also, if I were to be picked up in Arizona for the bench warrant in Ohio What would happen?

Re: statue of limitations
No, the warrant will remain and you face additional criminal charges for not complying with the sentence. If you are apprehended in another state, Ohio has the option of extraditing you. It would be very unwise not to comply with the Ohio sentence.
