What do we do if someone doesn't stop calling you after you tell them not to?

You can go to the local city or county courthouse and file a petition for either an order of protection or injunction against harassment. If it is a relative, former spouse, or someone with whom you lived, or if you have a child in common, it will be an order of protection. If not, ask for the injunction against harassment. I suggest you take some evidence with you to support the harassment.
