Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Student Loan repayment
My student loan has been turned over to a collection agency. I own a motorhome which I plan to live in as my principle abode if/when my elderly father passes on. I live with him at the present time and he is the renter. Can my motorhome be taken from me if I am making payments on the student loan?

Re: Student Loan repayment
No assets may be taken from you, including a motorhome, unless a court of competent jurisdiction enters a Judgment against you after a lawsuit has been filed by a creditor. Even then, you can probably arrange to make payments on the Judgment.
