how do i get the phone records of someone that has accused me of a crime?

You are entitled from the opposing party anything that is relevant to your case. If the phone records are relevant to your defense than you are entitled to them. First, if a prosecutor has taken the case, you would ask him/her for them. Otherwise, ask the opposing party. If you do not receive them, and have made reasonable attempts to receive them then you would have to subpoena them. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
