Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Suspect
I know the 4th suspect in a murder crime. they say he has or possible bought a car invovled in the crime. he doesn't have the car at all. he doesn't even have a license. anyways the police want to question him should he go get an attorney first? What kind of advice can i give him?

He absolutely positively needs to have an attorney and should not speak to the police without one. The problem is that the court does not routinely appoint attorneys to assist suspects.
