Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
testifying
I had a conversation with a plaintiff in a criminal case and the defendant's attorney would like me to testify in regards to the conversation. The hearing is in Arizona and I live in Colorado. Is it possible to testify via telephone? I have already submited a notarized statement in regards to the conversation to the defendants attorney

Re: testifying
In Colo. courts, the attorney can motion for tesimony by phone. It is not always granted.
