theft

Four counts of theft(misdemeanors),slip bank deposits with no money in them,first time I have done something like this, what could be my sentence?

For first class misdemeanors, the maximum is 6 months confinement and $2500 fine on each count. As for what you will get, that depends on a lot of factors, including if you have any other convictions, whether you hire an attorney, etc.
